AAdvantage eShopping Back to School Terms and Conditions:
To participate in the AAdvantage eShoppingSM 2008 Back to School promotion, you must be an American Airlines AAdvantage® member. If you’re not already an AAdvantage® member, you can sign up for a free membership online at www.aa.com/enroll
AAdvantage® members must complete qualifying transactions with the AAdvantage eShoppingSM mall between July 21, 2008, and September 7, 2008 to be eligible for the double AAdvantage® mile bonus.
The double AAdvantage® mile bonus will be awarded for each qualifying transaction for the following select merchants only at the AAdvantage eShopping mall: Bloomingdale's, Dell Home, Lands' End, Lucky Brand Jeans, Macy's, Nordstrom, Overstock.com, Sears & Sony Style.
If you qualify for the double AAdvantage® mile bonus, you will receive your AAdvantage® miles as separate postings. First, base AAdvantage® miles for shopping at the AAdvantage eShoppingSM mall will be awarded per transaction. And second, a posting for the same amount as the base AAdvantage® miles will be awarded as the double AAdvantage® mile bonus. Bonus miles will be posted in 8 to 10 weeks after the promotion has ended.
Bonus miles do not count toward elite-status qualification.
